Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your support and for purchasing ‘No Ordinary Sunday’! I received confirmation to write ‘No Ordinary Sunday’ during a conference where I was a guest speaker and shared my story. That confirmation began a journey that lasted over 17 years! During those years, God continued to heal me in areas that I thought I was ‘good’ in… but wasn’t. I would trace everything ‘bad’ that happened in my life back to our family tragedy, and I could only see myself as the girl whose mother wanted to end her life. I WAS STUCK! I’M NOW FREE! Who I am today is different because I WALK IN PURPOSE ON PURPOSE, KNOWING WHO GOD SAYS I AM! In my book, I transparently share my story the way it happened, with each chapter relaying a message, and all the chapters together comprising my testimony from that time.  One of the main undercurrents flowing throughout my book centers around mental health challenges. Hence, my desire for ‘No Ordinary Sunday’ is that my story will not only encourage and inspire every reader, especially those who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, but also open up more dialogue surrounding mental health, its associated challenges, and resources available for those in need of help.  Thank you very much again, and God Bless you!!
